Service-driven rating with service rates + equipment rates from state/USA-city matrices, then origin/destination charges.
Settings — Trucking base chargeslocal
Section 4 mirrors Section 3 using individual transport charge codes (service/equipment) into origin rows. These mirror rows are excluded from the Section 4 charges subtotal so the grand total is not double-counted.
1. Rate sourcemanual
Manual source with state/city origin and destination. Service list comes from land service master.
Choose one or more services; selected services are applied to section 3 and summary.
2. Customer and equipment
Select equipment to see dependency proposals.
3. Transport rates
Rate lines are service-driven. Buy rate = service rate (by selected service) + equipment rate (state matrix or USA city matrix by lane basis). Margin is applied per charge code (percentage or flat) to compute sell.
Global margin applies to all charges unless specific mode is used.
