Map first-mile and last-mile milestones from composite MBL/HBL handling scenarios. HBL drives customer rating (FCL and TMS) and costing behaviour; MBL is shown for operational context. Configure which rating engines run per composite row.

For each composite row, choose whether customer rating automation applies to FCL (Ocean customer rate), TMS only, both, or none. Costing templates can follow the same HBL path when enabled.
