Surcharge columns follow the active costing template. Comparison totals merge per-lane JSON from p3_charge_compare_json when present (see GET /api/routemaster/p3-integration-status). P3 settings sync to the server when scmx_portal_p3_prefs exists; PUT requires login.

Lane JSON example: {"uc04_modes":["add_compare","unknown","in_main"]} — array aligns with template surcharge columns; overrides global UC04 modes for that carrier row’s Compare Σ.
