Port group rate matrix

Each cell has a currency from stc_development_v1.currency (type to search, pick from the list). Use the tabs to switch between container, CBM, and per-charge port-group matrices (same layout as container: base row per destination column, then adjustment %). Open Find rate when you need it. Use the toolbar for Tab ↔ charge map and Port group tree; bulk change and the full tools page are on Matrix tools.
