Role management – create roles and assign screens
Non-admin users can be limited to specific UI controls on pages that declare data-feature (see js/profile-feature-registry.js for the full catalog). Screen access still comes from roles; this layer is optional and only applies when you turn on an allowlist for a user.
Administrator accounts ignore feature allowlists in the app.
