Manage charge master. Use View for a read-only full-screen form, Edit to change (full screen), or Add charge (full screen) for a wide form. Data: stc_development_v1.charges
Use Category = country-specific for local tariff rows; Country is then required. Charge codes US-* / CA-* should use that category with matching country (run SQL backfill on existing rows if needed).
Default charge code used when creating a new rate package (buy price entry from carrier).
